I attended my first Python meetup in my city yesterday which was exciting. There was free pizza, drinks and a presentation on Hypothesis.
What is Hypothesis? It is a:
Python library for creating unit tests which are simpler to write and more powerful when run, finding edge cases in your code you wouldn’t have thought to look for. It is stable, powerful and easy to add to any existing test suite.

It was an interesting presentation, there were a few test cases and examples provided and discussion amongst the group. As a beginner to Python, the meetup was definitely a great way for me to meet other people interested in Python and learn about tools and technologies related to Python.
Can’t wait for the next Python meetup in around two weeks time!
